Quirin Jacques is a Dutch independent art director, graphic designer and maker based in The Netherlands and Norway.
She received a BFA from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in 2013. Together with Sverre Fredriksen she founded Studio 2.13. Sverre is a Norwegian animation artist living and working in Amsterdam since 2009.
