Cover, layout and typesetting. Salvador Bloemgarten was a music critic and a historian of Jews in Amsterdam who published several books. He was a long history lecturer at the Spinoza Lyceum. In his last years he worked on his memoires which were published posthumously by his son Ruben Bloemgarten.
